I created That Wellthy Life because I genuinely believe that all that we want and desire out of life starts with taking care of ourselves to the best of our ability; our health is our wealth. As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I work side-by-side with individuals to look at the whole picture as it relates to their health and well-being. While I can’t (and won’t) provide quick fixes or fad diets for you to follow, I will help you establish a meaningful relationship with food, your health and your body.

Designed for individuals who are looking to make long-term lifestyle changes, my six month program will bring vitality back into your life. During our six months together, my focus is you. As your health coach, I am with you every step of the way on your journey; think of me as your accountability buddy. You know what changes you want to make and I am here to give you the tools and support that you need to reach your goals while empowering you to become your best self and live your richest life possible.
Here's a glimpse into my program:
- Free initial consultation. These 30 minutes are all about you. We'll go through your initial health and wellness goals and answer any questions you might have about working together.
- 12 60-minute personal coaching sessions. We'll meet every other week (either in-person or Skype) to tackle your goals in a manageable, sustainable way. We'll also work to demolish any obstacles that may have prevented you from reaching your health goals previously and help you discover which foods work best for your body.
- Detailed session recaps. After each session, I'll send you a detailed recap of what was discussed to help you stay focused and motivated toward your goals and track your progress along the way.
- Accountability and support, as needed. You're not in this alone! During our time together, you'll have unlimited access to phone, email and text support.
- Whole food, plant-based recipes. I believe in the healing power of vegetables and fruit and will share nutritious, satisfying healthy recipes for you to try.
