Why Group Coaching?

In a world where we’re more “socially connected” than ever, so many of us report feeling incredibly alone. Ironic, isn’t it? When you log off, shut down, sign out of your social media presence, what’s left when you reenter the “real world”?

As human beings, we are hardwired with a desire to be part of a group - it was literally how we survived. While times have changed, our need for being part of our tribe or community hasn’t and I truly believe in the power of belonging. The loneliness so many of us experience today causes us to feel empty or get this idea that something in our life is missing. So we try to fix ourselves with things outside of us because it’s more comfortable than getting down to the root of our void.

Plus, change can be hard. Like, really hard. And trying to make a change on your own? Feels almost impossible, doesn’t it?

This is your time to get uncomfortable.

This is your time to dig deep, down to the roots and pull up what’s keeping you from blooming.

With this group coaching program, it is my mission to provide a safe space where you feel loved, supported and free of judgement or shame to explore, understand and build a relationship with the most important person on your life: you. And as human beings, it is our duty to each other to help one another be the best versions of ourselves that we can be.

What Topics Will Be Covered?

Broken into four sections, this 30 day program will include:

  • Week One: You Are Here

    • Within the first week, you can expect to get crystal clear on why you decided to join the program. We’ll discuss what led you to this point where you feel change is necessary, the areas in your life that you feel are blocked or out of alignment for you and why you feel that it’s important for you to create this change in your life here and now.

    • Areas of Focus for Week One:

      • Who Do You Think You Are? Uncovering Your Limiting Beliefs / Stories.

      • Facing Your Fears: Understanding Why Change is So Hard.

      • Introduction to Meditation: Reconnecting to You.

  • Week Two: Awaken

    • Once we surface the ways in which you identify with the world externally through your beliefs / stories, we’ll move into understanding what it means to let go of those stories / beliefs.

    • Areas of Focus for Week Two:

      • Eradicating the Excuses: Letting Go of Your Own BS.

      • Get The Hell Out of Your Own Way.

      • Finding Power in Forgiveness

  • Week Three: Becoming

    • Letting go of old patterns / beliefs creates room for you to identify who it is that you want to become. Within week three, you’ll be given the tools to become more mindful in your every day life as well as connected and present as you tap into this new version of you.

    • Areas of Focus for Week Three:

      • Let It Go: Stress Management / Mindfulness Techniques.

      • Boundary Setting: Know it’s Okay to Say No.

      • Unapologetically You: Speaking Up.

  • Week Four: Alive

    • For our final week, you’ll step into the “real world” again as the new and improved version of yourself taking all that you have learned along the way.

    • We’ll end our group coaching program with a private yoga class followed by a plant-based potluck + kombucha cheers to celebrate all of your success!

  • Date: Kicks off June 24th and ends July 14th

  • Location: Citizen Yoga Royal Oak

  • Pricing: $250 (early bird pricing $225 ends June 16th).

    • Inclusive of program workbook and end of program celebration.
