I love to keep essential oils in your shower, especially for days like today. Simply sprinkle a few drops of your favorite essential oil (mine is eucalyptus) onto the floor of your shower. As your shower heats up, the steam will spread the aroma of the oil throughout the bathroom. Hop in the shower, take a few deep inhales through your nose and begin to relax / feel your tension melt away.

There's something really therapeutic about a good body scrub. It's as if we're able to wash all of our stress / worries away each time we use it. I am currently loving the Coco Rose Body Polish by Herbivore. If you know me well, you know that I'm not a huge floral person when it comes to body care, but I really do love the smell of roses / rose water, which is what this body scrub smells like.

The texture of this scrub is really fine / gritty, which is what I prefer. I don't feel like it tugs at my skin as much as other scrubs with bigger exfoliants might. Because I have pretty dry skin most of the time, I try to only use a body scrub about once every two weeks.

This product is vegan, noncomedogenic, cruelty-free, and formulated without gluten and silicone.

While some people might opt for a face mask during a spa day, I reach for deep conditioning hair masks. With the washing, brushing, styling and sun exposure our hair has to face (not to mention the fact that I curl my hair almost every single day), it’s always nice to show it a little kindness every now and again. I love deep conditioning my hair about once a month and the 2 Minute Magic Masque by Love Beauty and Planet is my favorite. Within only two minutes, my hair is softer, smoother, has more shine, and quite frankly, more life.

This product is paraben-free, silicone-free, safe for colored hair, vegan, made with plant-based detanglers, not tested on animals, made with Organic Coconut Oil.

The skin on our face is so delicate and thin and if you’re anything like me who hates having any remaining trace of makeup on your face, sometimes face-washing can be rather aggressive. I LOVE these Bright Eye Masks from 100% Pure. Pro Tip: I keep them in the fridge so that they're cold and when I use them, the coolness + the caffeine in the eye mask is like a one-two punch on puffiness and the bags under my eyes.

This product is natural, vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free.

I sincerely encourage you to check out 100% Pure. They're an amazing company doing amazing things for our planet. They are vegan, cruelty-free and they're committed to providing the purest products in order to promote clean, healthier living.

Because you used your body scrub, it is SO important to properly rehydrate your skin. Make sure that whatever you’re using is “clean”, meaning that it’s free of harsh chemicals and toxins. A super easy choice (and something you probably already have in your pantry)? Organic coconut oil. It’s my favorite. Coconut oil is so nourishing and soothing to our skin and in the summer months, it's so cooling.

I use coconut oil on my skin every single day and it is by far my favorite moisturizer I've ever used. I truly believe it's such an underrated beauty product!

This product is certified raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Bonus: Drink plenty of water. To keep the spa experience going throughout your day, rehydrate with water infused with cucumber and mint or lemon.
